# Create a new wallet

* Open MoveZ and tap the 'Connect Wallet' button

* Tap 'Import Wallet'
* Tap 'Create New Wallet'
* Your new 12 word secret phrase (seed phrase) will appear in the box at the top.

**Write this seed phrase down on a piece of paper, and make sure you secure it in a safe place. Do not share this with anyone else or your funds will be at risk! This is the only moment to write down the phrase. Afterwards, it can never be recovered again!**
